No surprises in the price and no money taken before we know we can make it. Here is the whole thing, in order.

1. 1Enter your sizesType, dimensions, material, hardware. The price appears as you build — material at cost, our work priced openly, HST added last.
2. 2Check the projectEverything in one list before any money moves. Change anything, remove anything.
3. 3We hold the card, we do not charge itThe amount is reserved, not taken, while we confirm the material with our supplier.
4. 4Supplier confirms — we charge and startIf the material cannot be supplied, the hold is released and you are charged nothing. You pick another material or walk away.
5. 5ProductionMaterial ordered, received, cut, assembled, packed. You are told at each step.
6. 6ReadyFree storage for the working days shown on your order, then a daily fee. Collect or take delivery across Ontario.
